Description Name: Theodore Jackson
Alias: Captain Miracle
Classification: Hero
Powers/Abilities: Normal human being at his physical peak. His only real "power" is his impeccable luck, from arriving in the nick of time to surviving against impossible odds. The luck extends to his enemies, who somehow survive his brutal beatdowns.
Weaknesses: He's as mortal as any other human being, so he doesn't take bullets very well. And of course, luck can only last so long.

Made some changes to the previous look. I went from using the Genesis 2 Male figure to Genesis 3 Male, which has some fairly decent superhero items available, meaning I don't have to deal with all the auto-fit options I had to previously. It's nice to have his cowl move with his eyebrows and whatnot whenever he makes an expression. I need to keep working with the M on his chest, as there are still little ugly artifacts. Plus the color's just slightly off.
Also, that's how he looks without the mask, in case that wasn't clear. Might be too pretty, I don't know.

Val Kilmer I can see, I do not see Chris Evans at all. Y'all just seeing it because he's blond and a superhero, but I really don't see any resemblance.Β

I like the costume, I like simple, it's effective. I think the M could be a bit more organic but otherwise the costume has nice balance to it. Any meaning behind the blue and white color choice?

Don't really have a reason behind the color scheme, other than that it's what I've always imagined since I first created him. It's probably an unconscious thing since I plan on the character being a devout Christian, even if I don't necessarily address it in a story. Probably won't address it at all unless there's conflict to be had.

Looks like a mix between ValΒ Kilmer andΒ Chris Evans.

BTW his name should be "Captain Obvious"Β

I think Captain Obvious is a little too obvious.

The concept is cool. He's just an average Joe that does good and has the power of plot/luck on his side. I would love to hear his origin story, though.

Doesn't have an origin story yet (heck, I considered not even giving him an alter ego), but it's in the works.

He looks like an adorable clean cut kid all grown up (probably where the 'Cap' vibe comes from).

I'd bake him brownies in a minute.

He'd thank you for the brownies and try to clean the dishes for you afterward.

I agree with what people say that he looks like Val Kilmer, but my first thought was that he kinda looks like Chris Evans but with blond hair. That said, I do like his appearance and costume design, and I don't think the M on his chest is all that bad.

Also, he should probably get himself some mouth guards or something so that if he takes a punch he doesn't look like a hockey player whenever he smiles.

You need an iron jaw to be a superhero. It's in the rulebook.

You need to get a (blunt) rapier, so we can have an insult-fight like Monkey Island.Β

The face says "Val Kilmer and Kirk Cameron had a baby," but the mighty bulge in his tights says "David Bowie in Labyrinth."Β

I do like the costume, though - textbook definition of "elegance in simplicity." He'd look right at home either among the Golden Age Justice League or the original Minutemen from Watchmen.Β

I never saw Labyrinth as a kid, only as an adult. It's really weird when you watch it as an adult and have no idea what to expect. David Bowie comes on screen, you're like "WHOA, DUDE," and then he's quoting a Cary Grant movie and singing and throwing a baby and you're all, "I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS"

Glad you like the costume! Golden Age is what I was going for. And I still need to read/see Watchmen.
