Vergil isn't ready to die again so for now,he is willing to swallow his pride and accept the help of Tifa Lockheart and Cloud Strife to vanish Sephorith. The dark slayer cares not why they want to kill the one wing angel,but he hopes they prove to be competent allies. It would be pretty awesome to see Vergil wielding Masamune once the self proclaimed God is taken care of. Although I am not so sure if Vergil can keep it on him at all time like with Yamato due to its absurd length. Nonetheless, Sephorith has a serious fight on his hands.

Well, silver haired katana wielders.
But, i think Sephiroth isnΒ΄t a chosen one by God.
He was more a "Hero" and an idol for Cloud.
And a caused expiriment with cells of an alien.
But he has a mother and a father, with their scientists. Hojo and Lucrecia.
Sephiroth just believes that the Alien Jenova is his true mother.

Well It's just him self-proclaiming. Also I tried to get as much information about him as possible on the wiki. And it says that he became a god and self proclaims to be the chosen one.
