Chell finds out that GLaDOS is somehow alive and was in charge of the Combine Overwatch the whole time. But she soon finds out that this GLaDOS is from parallel universe where she killed Chell. I thought that it would be a funny reveal that the Overwatch Voice you hear until this moment was GLaDOS all along, and it makes sense because both have the same voice actress, Ellen McLain. GLaDOS being huge is part the underlining theme of "Big things have small beginnings" which runs along the whole story.
