Beautiful pose! I very much like the expression on your face and the whites of your eyes. Tour figure is a sight to behold, also.
The pose of the right hand is compelling -- it gives a sense of pensiveness and immediacy to the shot.
I certainly respect the desire for a layer of removal from reality (the filtering) for the model, and in this case it heightened the contrast level, which is always nice.
A minor critique: the toes being cut off is a wee bit distracting, only because the entire rest of the model is in the frame.
