Taken in Sydney Botanic Gardens with a friends macro lens. I tried to take the bee on the flower but he flew off as I pressed the shutter.Related content

This is one awesome shoot, your timing was perfect. everybody has shots of bees on the flower this is so different. I have a bee photo to you may like to check out.

great photo i have a photo with a bee as well but mine is no as good as yours was intending to get a macro lens myself (sooner now)great that you have a friend who can lend you things(my best friend and i are both amaters and often go out to take shots together )

Thanks for the comments. I was lucky that the bee must have stayed at the same focal length on take off. Or he was out of focus to begin with and came into focus on take off. I prefer the first explanation
