In the years following Hobgoblin's gas attack, humans and hybrids are beginning to grow restless, with many humans decrying the new race as freaks born from the desires of a mad man. Before long, conflict and war began to break out in communities between the two sides, with fights involving hybrids and hybrids-racists happening in most neighborhoods. One of the biggest voices for hybrid independence was White Rabbit, who'd expanded her Wonderland Gang to include hybrids as well as the homeless. It seems that time has not been kind to Wendy Philip's mental health, as she's back and madder than ever. She's more extreme, violent, sadistic, and far more ruthless than when she started out, as demonstrated when she massacres an entire crowd of anti-hybrid rioters with her Vorpal Blade while smiling the entire time. Something is very wrong with her, but the explanation might surprise you.
