I want to see Tails pound Scourge into the ground for his existence. If he never showed up, Fiona might've stayed good. Scourge destroyed Tails' heart by making Fiona go evil, he almost destroyed Antoine and Bunnie's relationship, and he hit on all the other girls, too.
