I finally did a tutorial after so many requests! This is my first one doing, so if they are any mistakes or errors please forgive me xDAre there tutorials on how to make tutorials?! xD
It is a simple one but the techniques here applies to how I do all my works when it comes to lighting and misty atmosphere. And If there is anything that is puzzling you, ask, I don't bite... >.>
This is how you'll apply the stokes:

Download the hair brush preset here: If you don't know how to add brushes to photoshop, simple unzip the compressed document locate and drag the .Abr file to the Photoshop software while it's opened.

This is an awesome tutorial, a very creative way to use hair brushes! People often use them in a way that makes them look really stiff and unnatural, and you managed to make them look really good. Well done!

Yeah, hair brushes can really be tricky. And with the many challenges some artists have with hair I hope this tut can really help.
