I finally did a tutorial after so many requests! This is my first one doing, so if they are any mistakes or errors please forgive me xD

Are there tutorials on how to make tutorials?! xD

It is a simple one but the techniques here applies to how I do all my works when it comes to lighting and misty atmosphere. And If there is anything that is puzzling you, ask, I don't bite... >.>

This is how you'll apply the stokes:

Download the hair brush preset here: If you don't know how to add brushes to photoshop, simple unzip the compressed document locate and drag the .Abr file to the Photoshop software while it's opened.
