POWER RANGERS: THE ANIMATED SERIES

This an animated series based on the Power Rangers franchise.

Plot

Five billion years before the series began, a powerful being named Dragon Master created Planet Sentai using the five elements: Earth, Fire, Electricity, Air and Water. Dragon Master had two sons named Master Draco who had a good heart and Lord Hydra who was filled with darkness.

Before he died, Dragon Master passed guardianship of Planet Sentai to master Draco. Lord Hydra, not being happy with this decision, tried to conqure Planet Sentai by force. Luckily Master Draco stopped his brother and sealed him in a tomb on an Asteroid far from Planet Sentai. Incase his brother escaped his prison and came back, Master Draco created weapons and giant robots called zords (with animal and vehicle modes) in order to protect the Planet.

Five Billion years later, two escaped criminals, an evil swordswoman named Slasha and a Cyborg Scientist named Techno found Hydra's tomb while hiding from the Galactic Police, accidentally waking him up in the process. Sensing the criminals' usefulness, Lord Hydra decided to hire them promising them wealth and power beyond their dreams.

Meanwhile on Planet Sentai, Master Draco sensed that his brother had somehow woken from his slumber and feared that Hydra would come to finish what he started. In order to protect the planet his father created and came to love, Master Draco had Rex-10 summon five teenagers to his temple.
Each teenager came from one of the five regions of Planet Sentai: Steven from the fire region, Caleb from the water region, David from the earth region, Zeta from the electric region and Lisha from the air region. In addition, Master Draco provided each teenager with their own weapon and zord. Together these five teenagers became the Power Rangers, Defenders of Planet Sentai.

Characters

This is a list of Characters in the series.

The Power Rangers

These are the Power Rangers, the heroes of the Series. The team has three rules: Never use their powers to start a fight, never use their powers for personal gain and most importantly never reveal their secret idetities to any one including their families. If they break these rules they will lose their powers.

Steven: (voiced by Will Friedle) Steven is the Red Ranger of Fire and the leader of the team. Steven wields the Sword of Fire and pilots the Snake Train zord. When he's not fighting Lord Hydra and his army of evil, Steven works at his family's blacksmith shop in the fire region. Steven is wise, mid-tempered and protective but not overly protective. He became best friends with David since David brings coal to Steven's forge.

Caleb: (voiced by Josh Keaton) Caleb is the Blue Ranger of Water and the team's resident loner. Caleb wields the Trident of Water and pilots the Shark Submarine zord. While he's not being a Power Ranger, Caleb usually either swims in the sea of the water Region or goes fishing with his dad. Caleb is one of the calmest members of the group as well as the best swimmer on Planet Sentai.

David: (voiced by Nolan North) David is the Black Ranger of Earth as well as the muscle and Second-in-command of the team. David wields the Hammer of Earth and pilots the Gorilla Dump Truck zord. When he isn't fighting Lord Hydra's minions, David is usually seen working in one of the mines of the earth region. Due to working in the mine for so long, David has developed a muscular physique. David is a reliable gentle giant, meaning he is always there when his friends need him. He became best friends with Steven since he got asigned to bringing coal to Steven's forge. David also double checks Zeta's inventions to make sure they work.

Zeta: (voiced by Tara Strong) Zeta is the Yellow Ranger of Electricity and the technician of the team. Zeta wields the Blaster of Electricity and pilots the Cheetah Race Car zord. While she's not being a Power Ranger, Zeta either works at one of the electric region's Power station as head engineer or goes for a run. Zeta also created the communicators the team use to contact each other and Draco during emergencies. Along with Lisha, she is one of the female members of the group. Zeta is the fastest runner on Planet Sentai. Zeta is also a tomboy who gets angry easily especially when here inventions get damaged or destroyed.

Lisha: (voiced by Kari Wahlgren) Lisha is the White Ranger of Air and the second female of the team. Lisha wields the Bow of Air and pilots the Falcon Jet zord. When she is not battling evil doers, Lisha works at a special reserve for birds in the air region. Along with Caleb, Lisha is one of the calmest members of the team. Like the birds she takes care of, Lisha is swift and carefree.

Flora/Scoria: (both voiced by Ashley Johnson) Flora and Scoria are two personalities inhabiting the same body. Flora is the good Green Ranger of Grass while Scoria is the evil Purple Ranger of Poison. Flora wields the Whip of Grass and pilots the Gazelle Cycle zord while Scoria wields the Scythe of Poison and pilots the Scorpion Tank zord. Flora is kind and gentle while Scoria is mean and cruel. Flora and Scoria were created by Lord Hydra as a means of destroying the rangers. At first Master Draco and the rangers were unaware they were the same girl but eventually figured it out. For a while, Flora and Scoria continued to share the same body until they finally managed to become two separate beings. As a result of their separation, Flora and Scoria gained a mental link with each other, so if one dies the other dies. As a result of this, the rangers re-frame from destroying Scoria out of fear of losing Flora. After the battle with Toxic Vine, Flora and the others discovered she had a virus in her which entered her body when her powers were stolen. In addition, the virus would get worse every time she morphed until it destroyed her. As a result, Flora stopped being a ranger until she could find a cure. Scoria was pleased with this, for it was she who planted that virus in Toxic Vine.

Stella: (voiced by Ashley Johnson) Stella was the silver Ranger of Steel. She wields the Axe of Steel and pilots the Rhino Tank zord. She is the result of Flora and Scoria being fused together forever. After spying on the villains for some time, Flora discovered that the only way to cure herself of the virus running through her body was to either kill Scoria thus killing herself or by fusing with her. She chose to fuse with her evil side. After a long fight, Flora finally succeeded in beating her evil half and fusing with her. Stella has Scoria’s strength and cunning and Flora’s good heart.

Allies

These are the ranger’s allies.

Master Draco: (voiced by Peter Cullen) Master Draco is the mentor of the Power Rangers. Master Draco mainly wears Blue and White dragon themed Armour. Master Draco usually resides at the temple where he grew up with his brother. Master Draco had a good heart, which is why his father made him guardian of Planet Sentai. As soon as he sensed his brother waking up, Master Draco immediately ordered his assistant Rex-10 to teleport Steven, Caleb, David, Zeta and Lisha to his temple. Once the five teens arrived, Master Draco granted them their morphers and weapons.

Rex-10: (voiced by Diedrich Bader) Rex-10 is Master Draco's robotic assistant who once worked with Draco's father. His appearance is a silver humanoid robot with blue eyes but no mouth on his face. Rex-10 is in charge of operating the controls for the main control panel in the temple. At first, Rex-10 didn't have a sense of humor and therefore didn't understand the rangers jokes. Over time, he got use to the jokes and became close to Zeta.

Past Rangers: (All voiced by respective Actors) The Past Rangers is a team of Previous Rangers made up the original Mighty Morphin Rangers (Joined my Mihn), Space Rangers, Operation Overdrive Rangers, RPM Rangers, Samurai Rangers, Megaforce Rangers, Heckyl, Beast Morpher Rangers and Cosmic Fury Rangers. They were summoned to Planet Sentai by Master Draco to help his Ranger team defeat the Revived Alliance of Evil. When the Villains went giant size, the Past Rangers Summoned their respective Megazords to help even up the odds.

Villains

These are the main Villains of the series.

Lord Hydra: (voiced by Frank Welker) Lord Hydra is the main villain of the series and Master Draco's evil brother. Lord Hydra mainly wears Red and Black dragon Armour. After being woken up by Slasha and Techno, Lord Hydra decided to use the Asteroid where his tomb is located as his personal base of operation where he can plan his attacks on Planet Sentai and take revenge on his Brother Master Draco for imprisoning him. Over the years Lord Hydra has been drawing energy from monsters, foot soldiers and villains that have been destroyed by previous power ranger teams. And he continues to do so until he has the strength he needs to escape his tomb.

Slasha: (voiced by Jennifer Hale) Slasha is an evil swordswoman who serves Lord Hydra. Her main weapons are the two retractable blades she has on each arm and her sword. Slasha recently escaped Universal Jail along with Techno. At first Slasha was reluctant to work for Lord Hydra but quickly changed her mind after hearing the part about wealth. She doesn't get along with Techno and the two sometimes get into fights. While Techno prefers to work in his lab, Slasha prefers to be on the front lines with the Cyber Mutants. Slasha was eventually destroyed along with the Revived Allinace of Evil.

Techno: (voiced by Maurice LaMarche) Techno is an evil Scientist who serves Lord Hydra. He has a three fingered robotic left arm (which has a built in tool kit) and a Monocle like robotic left eye. Techno recently escaped from Universal Jail along with Slasha. Unlike his female comrade Techno quickly accepted Lord Hydra's offer when he saw there would be plenty of room for a Laboratory. After Setting up his lab, Techno started working on creatures he calls Cyber Mutants. He and Slasha don't get along and they sometimes get into fights. While Slasha likes to fight on the front lines, Techno prefers to stay in his lab. While the Seekers (the foot soldiers) are easily beaten, Techno adds a more powerful Elite Cyber Mutant to take on the rangers.

Cyber Mutants

The Cyber Mutants Are Techno's creations. They are Mutants with Cybernetic enhancements.

Seekers: (vocals by Dee Bradley Baker.) The Seekers are the foot soldiers of the Cyber Mutants. They have six-barrel Gatling guns replacing their left hands and blades replacing their right hands. The Seekers usually come in big numbers and they often help with the various schemes Techno dreams up.

Elite Cyber Mutants

These are the more powerful Cyber Mutants Techno sends to battle the Rangers. Each of these Elite Cyber Mutants have their own unique personalities and they are equipped with a special feature called the GPC (Goliath Phoenix Chip) which allows them to grow in size the instant they are beaten by the Rangers, forcing the heroes to bring out the Megazord to destroy them once and for all.

Claw Blade: (voiced by Jim Cummings) Claw Blade was the very first Elite Cyber Mutant to battle the rangers. He gets his name from his weapons: A three pronged claw replacing his left hand and a single blade replacing his right hand. Claw Blade likes to say 'Slice n' Dice' most of the time. He put up quite a fight against the rangers before being defeated twice.

Buzz Drill: (voiced by Charlie Adler) Buzz Drill was the second Elite Cyber Mutant to tangle with the rangers. He is covered with drills and buzz saws. Techno sent him to tunnel into the Volcano located in the center of the Fire region and release lava into the Earth region mines and destroy the planet from the underground. Luckily the rangers stopped him before he could get to the volcano.

Magnetica: (voiced by Tress MacNeille) Magnetica was the first female Elite Cyber Mutant to face the rangers. As her name suggests, she is equipped with magnetic powers. Magnetica used her Magnetic powers to destroy the rangers morphers preventing them from transforming. Unfortunately for her, the rangers still had their powers and she was destroyed when Zeta over loaded her with Electricity.

Replica: (voiced by Grey DeLisle) Replica was the second female Elite Cyber Mutant to go up against the rangers. She has the power to duplicate herself and copy the powers of others for a limited time. Replica was sent to attack all five regions of Planet Sentai at once in order to take down the rangers one by one. The Rangers quickly figured that they needed to destroy the real Replica in order to beat the clones. David ended up being the one to find the real Replica and destroy her.

Horn Dozer: (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) Horn Dozer is the first animal themed Elite Cyber Mutant to be sent against the rangers. Techno made him by fusing the DNA of a Bison and a Rhino. He was sent to destroy the major cities of Planet Sentai. He proved too much for the rangers at first but Caleb managed to put an end to Horn Dozer's rampage by freezing him in Ice and then shattering him into little pieces.

Venom Shell: (voiced by Clancy Brown) Venom Shell is the second animal themed Elite Cyber Mutant to fight the rangers. Techno created him by mixing the DNA of a Scorpion and an Armadillo. When he first thought the rangers, Venom Shell managed to poison all but Lisha the white ranger. Luckily, Lisha managed to collect the antidote ingredients in order to cure the others and neutralize Venom Shell's poison. With his poison out of commission, Venom Shell was finished off for good.

Ninja Raptor: (voiced by Steven Blum) Ninja Raptor is the first dinosaur themed Elite Cyber Mutant to battle the rangers. As his name suggests, he is a humanoid Raptor dressed in a traditional Ninja outfit and has some very deadly ninja skills. He really gave the rangers a run for their money in their first meeting. Since Ninja Raptor moved to fast to be seen or heard, the rangers learned how to sense his life energy. After mastering the technique, the rangers stopped Ninja Raptor in his tracks and put an end to his mischief. Ninja Raptor is also an homage to the recurring dinosaur and ninja themes in Super Sentai and Power Rangers.

Insector: (voiced by Scott McNeil) Insector is the third animal themed Elite Cyber Mutant to go up against the rangers. For this monstrosity, Techno merged the DNA of an Ant and Wasp. As a result, he was both fast and strong and had a dangerous sting but it wasn't as bad as Venom Shell's. Luckily Steven discovered that Insector was weak against fire during the rangers first run in with this king sized Insect. After burning his wings off, Steven roasted Insector adding another Victory to the Rangers list.

Constructor: (voiced by Alvin Sanders) Constructor was created from pieces of an old earth Excavator Techno acquired at a salvage station. Once he was completed, Lord Hydra had him sent to Planet Sentai to create massive earthquakes. Luckily for the Rangers, Constructor had more brawn then brains. So they out smarted the brutish Cyber Mutant and sent him back to the scrap heap where he belonged.

Tankster: (voiced by John DiMaggio) Tankster was created from the remains of an Earth Tank. After Techno finished putting him together, he was sent to attack the major cities of Planet Sentai. Unfortunately for Tankster, he was mainly built for strength not Speed. Once Zeta found this out, she used her speed to defeat this walking tank once and for all.

Twinface: (Right head voiced by Don Brown, Left Head voiced by Doug Parker) Twinface is a Bipedal Orthrus. He has very good senses of hearing and smell which allowed him to track down the rangers. His right head prefers to use the gun mounted on their right arm while his left head prefers to use the double bladed claw mounted on the left arm. His main weakness is his two heads have a habit of arguing with each other. Upon learning that, the rangers turned the two heads against each other long enough to defeat him proving that two heads aren't always better than one.

Robo Liger: (voiced by Troy Baker) Robo Liger was created from the remains of Fearcats Mig and Benglo, which Techno acquired from a friend of his. Like the two Fearcats, Robo Liger is equipped with two guns that change into swords. After his first encounter with the rangers, he challenged Steven to a one on one fight the next day. Of course Robo Liger didn't play fair and had some traps set up on the battle field. Luckily, Steven managed to avoid the traps and finish off the mechanical feline for good.

Eris: (voiced by Venus Terzo) Eris was created for the purpose of turning the rangers against each other. Her true form is a demon but she can look like a normal person like Replica. She used her powers on the rangers while they were preparing their own acts for an upcoming talent show. The plan worked, giving Eris the edge against the rangers in their first fight. However, by the time they met again, Draco had reminded the rangers of the values of teamwork and friendship, freeing them from her spell and resulting in Eris having to destroy them instead. In the end, the Rangers' teamwork was to much for Eris and she was destroyed.

Airwave: (voiced by Corey Burton) Airwave was made from the remains of a communication Satellite. Once Techno was done putting him together he immediately went to work taking over all communication equipment on Planet Sentai, including the rangers' communicators. Another purpose for Airwave's creation was so he could locate the rangers' base. Luckily the rangers managed to find Airwave and destroy him before he could get the exact location of Draco's temple.

Tempestro: (voiced by Jeff Bennet) Tempestro was a cyber mutant who can control the weather and absorb the rangers' elemental powers. He also speaks with a Brooklyn accent. The more elemental power he absorbed the stronger he became. In his first encounter with the rangers, he quickly overpowered them before being called back. In the rematch the rangers agreed to give Tempestro a lot of elemental power to see how much he can take. In the end, Tempestro was over loaded with elemental power and exploded.

Catula: (voiced by Cam Clarke) Catula was a Werecat/Vampire hybrid who drains the life force of his victims. But he must keep doing so to keep his strength up. Once Techno finished creating him, he sent this monster to drain the life force from the rangers. When Catula first met them, he managed to drain the life force from all but Flora. Luckily, Flora managed to avoid being touched by Catula long enough to weaken him and finish him off.

Octo Whip: (voiced by Rob Paulsen) Octo Whip was an octopus themed Cyber Mutant who uses his tentacles like whips. He was sent to disrupt the fish stocks of Planet Sentai by catching every fish on the planet. Since Caleb was the best swimmer out of the rangers, it was up to him to stop this aquatic fiend. Octo Whip put up quite a fight against the blue ranger, but Caleb proved to be a better swimmer and ended this sea monster's reign of terror.

Sport Streak: (voiced by Tom Kenny) Sport Streak was a sport themed Cyber Mutant. He wears a grid iron football helmet, boxing gloves, ice skates and he wields a baseball bat. Like Tempestro, he speaks with a Brooklyn accent. He also says a lot of sport slang. Sport Streak gave the rangers quite a run for their money when he first met them. Although he wasn't as lucky in the second encounter when the rangers turned the tables on him putting his sporting career to an unexpected end.

Sniclops: (voiced by David Kaye) Sniclops was a hunter themed cyclops. He enjoys the thrill of the hunt and is good at making traps. His main weapon is a sniper rifle. Once he was created, Techno sent him to hunt down the rangers. Sniclops managed to catch all rangers except Zeta who was too fast for him. After avoiding all the traps, Zeta managed to defeat this psychotic cyclops ending his hunting season.

Bear Wolf: (voiced by Fred Tatasciore) Bear Wolf was another of Techno's animal hybrids. As his name suggests, he's half bear, half wolf. He has the speed of a wolf and the strength and claws of a bear. When Bear Wolf first met the rangers, he proved to be a formidable opponent. Fortunately for the rangers, David was strong enough to go head to head with Bear Wolf thanks to some special training he'd been doing. And all that training paid off as David was able to defeat this overgrown fur ball.

Concertina: (voiced by April Winchell) Concertina was a banshee themed cyber mutant. Her sonic scream is powerful enough to destroy metal. Once she was ready to go, the villains sent her to do some incredible damage to Planet Sentai. Concertina's Sonic Scream made it impossible for the rangers to get near her without risk of losing their hearing. So Zeta invented some special ear plugs to protect their ears from her scream. Thanks to this little invention, the rangers were able to silence Concertina for good.

Chimerazon: (voiced by Nika Futterman) Chimerazon was a female monster who was a mixture of various creatures. She had the legs of a satyr, the tail of a rat, the upper body of a female gorilla, the arms of a lizard, the wings of a falcon and the head of the gorgon Medusa (without the stone gaze.). Her flying capabilities made it hard for the rangers to bring her down. Luckily, Lisha used her power over the wind to fly and fight Chimerazon on even terms. After a long and tough air battle, Lisha came out on top sending Chimerazon to join her fellow Cyber Mutants.

Balthazar the Black Knight: (voiced by Dorren Norris) Balthazar was Lord Hydra's general before being sealed away by his brother. This evil knight ended up being sealed up along with his master. In the present day, Lord Hydra ordered Techno to awaken his old general and turn him into a cyber mutant. Techno even gave him a robotic stallion to ride on. Once fully awake, Balthazar quickly went to work fighting the rangers. After losing to him in their first encounter, Master Draco gave the rangers a super knight mode which he had been saving in case Lord Hydra was desperate enough to bring back his old general. Thanks to this new upgrade, the rangers were able to put this wicked knight to rest once more.

Puppet Queen: (voiced by Cree Summer) Puppet Queen was a cyber mutant who can manipulate people like puppets. She was created for the purpose of turning the children of Planet Sentai against the rangers. With every child on the planet under her command, the rangers needed to think of a way to stop her without harming the children. Fortunately, one child was unaffected by Puppet Queen's spell: A child named Josh who was blind and deaf. Puppet Queen's spell only works if a person is able to see and hear her. Knowing that, Zeta used her speed to put blindfolds and earmuffs on every child on the planet. Once that was done, the rangers were free to take down Puppet Queen for good.

Toxic Vine: (voiced by Diane Pershing) Toxic Vine was a plant themed Cyber Mutant. She was sent to Planet Sentai to drain Flora of her power over plant life. Once that deed was done, Toxic Vine started to take control of every plant on the planet and attack the humans. The rangers were at a big disadvantage until Flora realized even without her elemental powers she still had her fighting skills, which was enough to remove this weed and regain her powers. However, Toxic Vine left one little surprise when she took Flora's powers: A virus curtesy of Scoria which would eventually destroy her.

Illusioness and Executioness: (Illusioness voiced by Gina Torres, Executioness voiced by Helena Bonham Carter) Illusioness and Executioness were a pair of Cyber Mutant sisters. Illusioness was the smart one who can create illusions and carried explosive crystal balls while Executioness was the strong one who wielded and axe and spook like and executioner. Illusioness used her powers on the rangers dreams and made them face their worst fears while Executioness prepared to execute them. For a while the plan worked until the rangers discovered the deception and fought broke free of Ilussioness’s spell to avoid Executioness’s attack. Despite the combined efforts of both sisters, the rangers were able to put an end to the two monster maidens for good.

Butter-Moth: (voiced by Nicholas Guest) Butter-Moth was another insect themed Cyber Mutant. He was a hybrid of a moth and a butterfly. His pollen was capable of paralizing anyone or anything. Once he was ready to go, Techno unleashed him upon Planet Sentai. During his first fight with the rangers, he managed to paralyze all but Caleb. When Butter-Moth faced the blue ranger again, Caleb doused the overgrown bug's wings with water, preventing him from taking off. Once Butter-Moth was grounded, Caleb destroyed him freeing everyone he paralyzed including the other rangers.

Axer and Macer: (Axer voiced by Jess Harnell, Macer voiced by Jamse Remar) Axer and Macer were a pair of twin Cyber Mutants. They were both named after the weapons they each wielded: Axer wielded an axe on each hand while Macer wielded a mace on each hand. They were both sent together to take down rangers. Techno thought for sure the rangers couldn't handle two monsters at once. At first the rangers had trouble beating both Axer and Macer so they decided to use the old divide and conquer trick on them with the boys taking down Axer and the girls taking down Macer. The fight with these two was the first one to involve Stella.

Captain Seabeard: (voiced by Michael Dorn) Captain Seabeard was a pirate themed Cyber Mutant. He had an octopus for a head, the tail of a manta ray, the fin of a shark on his back sticking out of a turtle shell and a crab like claw replacing his left hand. He was also very skilled with the sword and spoke just like a real pirate. This scurvy scoundrel proved to be quite a tough opponent for the rangers. Even Caleb couldn't beat Seabeard when the fight took to the water. To beat him, Steven decided to create a ring of fire around the wicked captain to dehydrate him long enough to be defeated and sent to Davy Jones's locker.

Tusk Face: (voiced by Gary Chalk) Tusk Face was an ice themed Cyber Mutant. Techno created him by mixing the DNA of a Walrus and a Mammoth. Once he was ready to go, the villains sent him to Planet Sentai to throw the planet into an Ice Age. With the temperature dropped, the rangers started getting cold and almost ended up frozen. Fortunately, Steven and David combined their powers to reactive one of the planet's volcanoes. With the heat going up, Tusk Face's powers started to weaken. Once the temperature was back to normal, the rangers put an end to this frosty fiend.

Jet Blade: (voiced by James Arnold Taylor) Jet Blade was a jet themed Cyber Mutant whose wings were as sharp as swords. Techno made him from the remains of an old earth style fighter jet. He was sent down to Planet Sentai to destroy the rangers. In addition to hitting them with his sharp wings, Jet Blade bombarded them with missiles. To beat him in the second encounter, the rangers took out the rockets on his feet riding Jet Blade of his flight. Then they destroyed his wings and then cut this metal menace down to size.

Boomster: (voiced by Hugh Jackman) Boomster was a Kangaroo Cyber Mutant. He spoke with an Australian accent and he wielded a lot of Boomerangs. Once unleashed upon Planet Sentai, this overgrown bouncer proved to be a real challenge for the rangers. Boomster's strong legs enabled him to jump great distances and avoid the rangers’ attacks. When they met this Aussie Cyber Mutant again, the Rangers used some strong glue to prevent Boomster from dodging their attacks and finish him off for good.

Revived Alliance of Evil

This is a team of old Power Ranger Villains assembled by Techno after one too many defeats at the hands of the rangers with the help of Scrozzle. Techno met up with Scrozzle at a private bar for monsters and villains of all sorts and he had been stealing what was left of deceased villains such as weapons, pieces of clothing and body parts that have found their way into various museums and the hands of private collectors. Together, they built the Lazarus Machine to bring these Villains back to defeat the Planet Sentai Rangers. This team of bad Guys proved to be too much for the Rangers. Luckily, Master Draco summoned the Villains respective enemies to help take them down.

Scrozzle: (Voiced by Campbell Cooley) Scrozzle was a robot who originally resided in the Cyber Dimension before working for Evox aka Venjix and later Lord Zedd after Venjix's defeat. After the war with the Cosmic Fury Rangers, Scrozzle returned to the Crystal Dimension to retrieve Psycho Red's computer chip before going after the rest of the Psycho Rangers' chips. Then he went to the Dino Charge Dimension to retrieve the remains of Goldar and Snide. By the time he met Techno at a secret bar for monsters and villains, the sly robot had gathered the remains of Moltor, Master Xandred, Vrak, Damaras, Levira, Boomtower and Wreckmate along with several foot soldiers. Together, Scrozzle and Techno made the Lazarus Machine that was responsible for bringing reviving the Revived Alliance of Evil. In addition, Scrozzle had a back up plan in case this team of resurrected villians was defeated. Being the brilliant scientist and builder he is, Scrozzle made a monstrous evil Megazord he called the Frankenzord because he made it from the remains of dozens of evil zords and equipped it with an enlarging ray. Sadly for Scrozzle, once the small army of rangers had destroyed the enlarged villains, they turned their attention to him. After demonstrating his new creation's abundant fire power, all the Megazords suddenly merged into the Supreme Megazord and destroyed the Frankenzord by slicing it in two while not giving Scrozzle enough time to teleport out this time. As a result, Scrozzle was destroyed for good along with his new zord once and for all.

Goldar: (voiced by Kerrigan Mahan) Goldar was one of the loyal henchmen of Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. When the Z-Wave was released by the red Space Ranger to defeat the United Alliance of Evil, Goldar was among the villains that were dusted. He was revived and given a new body by Evox 22 years later only to be defeated by all Three Dinosaur ranger teams. He became the first villain to be revived by Techno. Along with the army of revived villains, Goldar went to Planet Sentai to take on the local rangers, taking on Steven. But when the team of past rangers arrived, Goldar and his allies were defeated again.

The Psycho Rangers: (Psycho Red voiced by Patrick David, Psycho Black voiced by Michael Maize, Psycho Blue voiced by Wally Wingert, Psycho Yellow voiced by Kamera Walton, Psycho Pink voiced by Vicki Davis) The Psycho Rangers were a team of evil Rangers created by Astronema (aka Karone) who met their end at the hands of the Space and Lost Galaxy Rangers. They were the second villains to be brought back to life by Techno. They each took on one ranger with Psycho Pink taking on the Lisha. But they were defeated when a team of past rangers showed up to help. They took on their monster forms after growing giant.

Moltor: (voiced by Mark Ferguson) Moltor was one of the main enemies of the Operation Overdrive Rangers. When he was revived, he was given his army of Lava Lizards. During the fight against the new rangers, He took on Steven. Just when he and his allies were about to finish the heroes off, Moltor was beaten along with the rest of the alliance by the past rangers.

Master Xandred: (voiced by Jeff Szusterman) Master Xandred was the leader of the Nighloks who fought the Samurai Rangers. He was the only member of the Revived alliance of Villains who could grow big on his own after being defeated. During the fight against the Planet Sentai Rangers, he took on David. To help increase his strength, Xandred opened a portal to the neatherworld to let the sanzu river flow into the mortal world. His return was short lived when a team of past rangers came to lend some asisstance.

Vrak: (voiced by Jason Hood) Vrak was one of the main enemies of the Megaforce Rangers. When he was revived, Vrak came back in his true form. He also gained the power to make copies of himself in his other forms. While fighting the Planet Sentai Rangers, he fought Lisha while his clones took on the other rangers. One of his new clones was made by mixing his DNA with Xandred's. Vrak and all his clones were defeated when the past rangers came to help stop the villains.

Damaras: (voiced by John Leigh) Damaras was the greatest warrior in the Armada that faced the Megaforce Rangers. Upon his revival, Damaras was pleased to see Vrak again and swore his loyalty to him. During the fight with the Planet Sentai Rangers, he took on David. Damaras, alongside the rest of the alliance was beaten after the unexpected appearance of the past rangers.

Levira: (voiced by Rebecca Parr) Levira was the head scientist of the Armada that faced the Megaforce Rangers. Like Damaras, she immediately swore loyalty to Vrak after being brought back to life. During the fight against the Planet Sentai Rangers, she took on Lisha. Levira met her end again when the past rangers arrived to stop the Revived Alliance of Evil.

Snide: (voiced by Campbell Cooley) Snide was a ammonite like creature who took on the Dino Charge Rangers. When being revived, he was upgraded by having Zeltrax’s dna mixed with his own. Like many of his new allies, Snide was more than happy to aid in the destruction of the new team of Power Rangers. During the fight against the Planet Sentai Rangers, he took on Caleb. Unfortunately for Snide, he was taken down again when the past rangers showed up to help.

Venjix: (voiced by Andrew Laing) Venjix was a sentient computer virus that once took over the RPM Dimension and later fought the Beast Morpher Rangers under the name Evox. After being revived, Venjix found himself in his Evox form. During the fight against the Planet Sentai Rangers, he took on Zeta. Venjix’s return was short lived as rangers from the past showed up to defeat him and his new and old allies.

Boomtower: (voiced by Mark Mitchinson) Boomtower was a rook/tank themed robot built by Tarrick AKA Void Knight to help retrieve enough Sporix to heal his wife Santaura while also fighting the Dino Fury Rangers. Once revived, he was eager to fight some rangers. When it came to fighting the Planet Sentai Rangers, he took on David. Sadly, Boomtower was sent back to the scrapheap when Master Draco summoned past ranger teams to help.

Wreckmate: (voiced by John Leigh) Wreckmate was a rook/submarine/pirate themed built by Tarrick AKA Void Knight to replace Boomtower after his first destruction. He was revived along with Boomtower to add some extra/literal firepower to the alliance. While fighting the Planet Sentai Rangers, he took on Caleb. Unfortunately for this sea faring scoundrel, he was sunk once more when past ranger teams came to the rescue.

Foot Soldier battalion: The foot Soldier battalion was made up of an army of Putty Pattrollers, Triptoids, Lava Lizards, Grinders, Moogers, Spitfangs, Loogies, X Borgs, Bruisers, Kingsmen, Vivix, Spikeballs and Tronics. They were revived alongside their respective masters. Once sent down to Planet Sentai with the rest of the Alliance, they were sent in a large horde to weaken the rangers. Even more were summoned when the past rangers arrived to help the new team. Despite the large numbers of foot soldiers, they were all defeated.
