Well, it's Tifa...what much else is there to say?
I actually took a scene from Valkyrie Profile Lenneth as the background, and added some minor effects like the brushes and the little sparks around her hand.

Sorry, let me correct that, the default wallpaper for my android phone has resolution of 960px × 800px.
Just checked all my default wallpapers in the phone. they are all 960px × 800px.
The 800x480 i mentioned before is the screen resolution.
Sorry for the mix up.
