Thanks! Here is the menubar set I used in that shot. [link] It comes with an installer and backup so it is very easy to install! Let me know if that works out for you!

First, I opened Side-7's ribbon [link] in photoshop. Then went I selected image > adjustments > Black & White and it changed the color there. Let me know if that works out for you!
