Naturally, she's not supposed to have human-like feet with toes, but no. You had to appease to those foot fetishes of the people. According to , back when the user had undressable models of the Non-Eggman characters, the feet of the characters DON'T have toes! I still have the undressable models, and if you need a reference for them, I could send them to you. I still have the original Zip files for all the characters if you need.

Sorry for the bit of a late reply, because I've had to go through tons of cringeworthy material just to garner some evidence to refute your claim.
Okay, first thing and foremost, your assumption of "appeasing to those foot fetishes of the people" is obviously not the point of giving the Sonic characters five toes, which I'll explain here. If you don't have any evidence to help out your argument, don't assume it. Because if you try to reason with someone without any rock hard proof to help you out, your argument will automatically be dismissed. Five toed feet isn't even the only thing to blame the foot lovers for, it's feet itself. Some foot lovers even get turned on to four toed feet, three toed feet, pawed feet, or any kind of feet they get turned on to. You can even see it for yourself if you're brave enough to search through here on DevaintArt or Google images, and you'll find PLENTY of foot fetish images regarding just about ANY kind of feet.
Second of all, Sonic characters (or as you call Non-Eggman characters) in general didn't always have no toes, because throughout the years in the media, the characters went through inconsistent feet designs such as in the cartoons, the comics, and even a couple of video games, whether is canon or not. Having blob feet is not the only thing Sonic characters have, but they've had three toes, two toes, four toes, and EVEN five toes.
Here's some actual evidence to help out on my argument:

So, there you have it. Sonic character's feet NEVER had the same blob feet you've only saw in Sonic Adventure, as you can finally see it for yourself. So, now I'll give you the REAL reason I gave them five toes. As I already mentioned AND PROVED the Sonic character's feet designs were inconsistent in the media, I've preffered to give them five toes simply because I want the feet to match up with their fingers, and in my honest opinion, I don't really like the blob feet because I think it looks off on them. If YOU prefer blob feet on them, then that's YOUR perspective, but guess what, I'm not ASSUMING that you have a foot fetish for blob feet (which surprisingly, there even is foot fetish pictures invloving blob feet in some characters, as you can see for yourself, but like I've said, only if you're brave enough to surf through it). So therefore, your argument is overall just an assumption and it's misinformed. I would highly advise you that if you're going to assume something, please bring actual proof to help out your assumptions, because if you don't, your argument will be dismissed. Like, where or elsewhere did I say that I want to please the foot fetishists just because I gave them five toes? I didn't think so. Why bother to complain about Sonic's feet anyways if their feet designs get changed over the years?
I don't know if you've told the same assumption to other people yet (Oh wait, you have! www.deviantart.com/comments/1/… ), but I feel rather insulted and should get an apology for the misinformation. If you continue on with ranting about Sonic characters having toes regardless of the digits, I'd have to ban you. So please, accept for what it is, don't be afraid of it, and at the end, it's only a different artist intepretation of the characters, so there!
