"I AM NUMBER ONE!"This German Giant is Hugo Andore: Based on one of the many enemies in Final Fight and a tribute to the WWF's own "Andre the Giant". He was playable in the Street Fighter III series and might be making a comeback in the new Street Fighter X Tekken crossover.
The pose and colors are based off of his Street Fighter III sprite, but the sprite is 100% original.

Awesomness! Which beg the question hw come he and Poaion didn't make It In Super Street Fighters 4 Arcade Edition? Still; let's hope they can make another "comeback" for "Street Fighters 5" teh same goes to Haggar.
