Description
Here's my design of Master Splinter.

My backstory for him is that he was Hamato Yoshi's son who was mutated after being ejected with mutagen and rat DNA by Baxter Stockman before he escaped with the not yet mutated turtles. After nearly getting hit by a TCRI truck, he and the turtles fell into an open manhole along with a mutagen canister which broke on the Turtles, mutating them into babies that would grow and be trained by Hashigo, now a mutant rat and going by Splinter.

The voice actor I'd choose for him is Yuki Matsuzaki (Miamoto Usagi, TMNT 2012, Usagi Chronicles)
