That statement is hilarious and ridiculous. Nudity does not immediately impart sexuality; unless there is something explicitly sexual about it, or hell, even a focus on sexual areas of her body, it can't be considered sexual. I mean, unless you are a repressed pervert who get aroused by the nude form of a human in a non-sexual situation.
I'm willing to admit, she is a beautiful model, but the image is both tasteful and artistic and the focus is much more on the composition and the feeling of a moment frozen in time; as opposed to a explicit display of sexuality.
You assume (wrongly, I'm willing to bet) that the photographer chose this image out of so many because it was the "hottest" or the "sexiest" but in all reality I think it was most likely the latter; the composition and form of her body implies a freedom from sexuality by being freed of the connection between nudity and sexuality.
