Description
The 115th Ranger Squad is a small 5-man specialist squad that serves as a part of the 501st Legion, with Sergeant CT-91-0650 'Dempsey' serving as the unit's leader.

Founded just before the Third Battle of Kamino, the 115th Rangers were created to act as a recon/light infantry unit that specialized in high-risk, high-reward styled missions, but would later evolve to taking on missions in hazardous environments like desert, toxic, limited radioactive areas and even some limited Arctic conditions. For that reason, every member is composed primarily of Clone EVO Troopers.

Under Dempsey's command, the Rangers would perform on some of the toughest missions with the 501st. Some noteworthy examples being assigned to a rescue mission to Wasskah, to rescue Ahsoka Tano and also a small group of Jedi Padawans that were MIA thanks to Trandoshan Game Hunters who kidnapped them for their sport, covert infiltration, and recon on Umbara, along with the subsequent battle that followed - which saw three Rangers killed in the infamous friendly fire between the 501st and the 212th Attack Battalion, to name a few.

Due to their style of operating, and also because of Dempsey's training, the 115th Rangers don't engage with heavy weapons, such as the Z-6 Rotary Cannon or Smart Missile Launchers, due to their style of combat - move hard and fast before the enemy has a chance to get set up properly. Unfortunately, their style of operating does mean that the 115th does have an attrition rate of at least one trooper being injured per campaign - coupled with at least a 15% chance of one of them being killed in any campaign. While Dempsey acknowledges the risks involved in their style of operating, it's one he doesn't take lightly.
