Hey Y'all Back with a another Jefimus Prime verse redesign this time based on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and continuing the trend is the Tank of the Turtles The Cool but Crude Turtle with the most attitude of the Team. Raphael. My version of Raphael is mainly un update of an old Pic from 2017 but redone as a combination of the 1987 2k3 2k12 and The Batman vs TMNT Movie. This Bad Boy is ready to throw the first punch.
