How likely would a 3840x2160 resolution be?

Sry but i don't have a screen that supports this resolution

So what's the possibility of a temperature monitor on the 1440X900 version?

Possibility is high

how about a screen that shows the schematics of a ship?
maybe even the ability to change color schemes. (Classic, TNG, Red, greyscale, Nemesis)

I already write a red alert version for "some" skins and a "Master Systems Display" but I still need the sideview of some ships

It was Black Friday (Bargain sales) , anyway, I've been using 2.3 and multiple 2.4 skins for now, seems to be working great, but I'd love an all-in-one edition for 3 1080p screens. Thanks.

All in one for that size will be pretty hard. Maybe i can do that, we will see.

Ahh take your time, I've just been using a 2.3 and two 2.4 layouts spread across them, works great and they're each inidividually customizable.

Animated stuff! Like random buttons and numbers and such. LCARS isn't static.

Also for scematics, maybe this helps: www.shipschematics.net/startre…

Here is an example, look in the top left conrner for random numbers

Or check out the windows 8 app, it has some cool ideas too

Oh and maybe a loop with "ambient sound" that can be turned on or off. I have a 5 hour long sound file that you can use.

All I can say is animate, animate, animate!

- Ambient sound: Impossible with Rainmeter. As soon as you hover over an button the sound will stop, no matter what.
- Ship schematics: Well this site shows the ships but not the interior of them (like rooms, warp core, bridge . . .).
- Top left random numbers: I'm on it
- Animations: Animating Rainmeter is, as far as i know, a lot of code for only a second or two, but i already thought about that and it might be possible.

Who even came up with the idea that LCARS has to be animated? I watched every movie/series except DS9 and all i have seen, is that only the small main window in the middle was animated with some random numbers and something like a flight control or the memory thing. Everything else was static, am i right?

Sry if i might sound a bit rude here but i never seen something like a complete animated LCARS screen somewhere

Legitimate question you have. I think the "animation" refers more to the pan and scan of infographic okudagrams that were animated later in the series and in the films. Ergo, the astrometrics lab and so forth. But even simple animations were done on some screens, like the genetic comparison and resequencing displays in sickbay, and the tactical movements of ships in a tactical screen.

Even The Motion Picture have animations that were on the Enterprise 1701 monitors, and the Excelsior monitors in Undiscovered Country. They even put those screens (with a slight bit of an animation upgrade) in the Voyager episode where the Excelsior and Captain Sulu made an appearance as a meld between Janeway and Tuvok.

In any case, what you have so far is brilliant! Thanks for working on this!

- Ambient sound: Yup, learned that the hard way too...
- Ship schematics: Sorry, it was a quick google search but there are a lot of them floating around (no pun intended)
- Top left random numbers: I love you, marry me and have my children
- Animations: Just a suggestion, do what you can your work is already awesome!

And you don't sound rude, man, you're right!
