I was in the Bronx back in February and I saw this 'shack' next to and over some tracks. I was struck by the fact that it was still there. It made me think back to a movie that I saw a while ago. "The Great Gatsby" with Leonardo Dicaprio in it.They had a small part in there that showed them driving through the Bronx and it was such a contrast to Manhattan during that time that I have yet to forget it.
Either way. I took and tweaked the photo a little on my iPhone. This so looks like it could be from back then.
