What a challenge name. XD Guess it’s inspired by the Happy Happy Joy Joy song from Ren & Stimpy? But anyways, here comes the March challenge on Insta! I drew this for the prompt of “splashing puddles” 😆💖💛💚💙💜🌈☔️💦Rainy days might be gloomy but they’re always happy days because afterwards, you get to splash in puddles and enjoy happy rainbows in the sky! ☺️ I loved designing this gal, BTW. Her colors were based on the neon crayons I used to have as a kiddo.
