WB Marketing Art, SPEED RACER, Speed, and Racer X. Pencil, Photoshop.I found another piece of art I did for the WB Speed Racer style guide. Reference for the actors and the vehicles was provided, and I then created this composition. I wanted to depict a fairly dramatic shot of the two racing brothers. The movie had its flaws, but I think these road versions of the famous cars were very good, and the best of all the updates.

47 years old and I still love this stuff. A buddy of mine I flew with in the AF still goes by the call sign of "Chim Chim!" How cool is that. Great work Jerome. Thanks for posting.
(BTW...my call sign was "Skip" because I was grounded for short while due to a heart murmur!LOL) Anything is fair game in the aircrew world.
