I actually drew him in an outfit he owns in the show for once. Apart from the shoes. They were just lazy.

I had to redraw his hair about five or six times before I got it right.

I just finished colouring this while watching some really old episodes of Rugrats. Season three or something like that. They really brought back a lot of old memories.
