These are the two Note Ponies adopted by Silverlicious-Chaos . The top Note is male, shown by the star in his eye. The mare, however, is meant to spread good messages. She's been in a war and was injured. What the stallion says every day is "No matter your scars, I will forever love you. And don't try to think I won't."
It's kind of like being harmful, but she didn't want to do it.
