This was a logo design for a local IT Firm based In Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The ciy is famous for having its intact ancient city walls, hence the name. The logo was designed to resemble a computer chip being protected by a surrounding wall. The square shape is associated with strength and sturdiness, whilst the colour blue is often associatedd with Security and Trustworthiness (Hence why you see both of these a lot in Bank logos)
