Description
To use this logon use Replacer and switch it with the one in your system 32 folder.To change the user pic I have included two frame changing kits by fediaFedia and DopeySnezzy.

ok download Reshacker put the logonscreen in it and go to bitmaps then search for the image. and then go to "actions" then click delete resource bitmap.
