I love this car. 80's design at its best.
I used polymodeling for modeling and Vray for rendering (as usual..
)This is my first attempt to make a very highly detailed car. I added even the smallest details. Though the cockpit is somewhat low-detail since I couldn't find any good reference photos. :/

software: 3dsmax 7.0, Vray
render time: 30 minutes each picture (sry for the bad GI quality, I just didn't want to wait more than 30 minutes.. xD)

The modelling is quite good here, there's a lot of nice detail and it all appears very accurate. Still, I think that one thing that would spice this image up a bit would be to work the textures a little more; the paint and the glass appear a little off in some areas. Also, the lighting in the scene is adequate but I think that a good dose of HDRI would do wonders here.
