Description

This is a Random Idea I had a while back, but since it's the month of December, now's as good a time as any to try it out I guess...

Basically it's taking a bunch of portrayals of Santa Claus from a variety of media I've seen and see where they fall on the D&D Alignment Chart (full disclosure: I haven't played or participated in a single game of Dungeons and Dragons as of the time of writing this, but I'd say I'm pretty darn familiar with the memes at least so I figured I'd give this a shot)

Anyway, here's my attempt at explaining why what goes where...

LG-Frosty the Snowman: Very Strict, By-the-Book Santa. When encountered with someone Naughty, he makes it well known that He's the one in charge of Christmas, but Will at least give that person one last chance to correct themselves before deciding whether or not they get coaled.

NG-Santa Claus is Comin' to Town: Truly inspired the idea of goodwill towards others, this Santa rewards those who show kindness, and will TRY to help those who don't understand...

CG-Rise of the Guardians: Takes great pride in the work he does. SOMETIMES takes things for granted though, and needs to be reminded of what it's like to truly make others happy.

LN-Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: Overworked, Easily Stressed Santa Claus that insists every Christmas needs to be more perfect than the last one, and doesn't realize his demands often come at the expense of others. This one would be guaranteed in the "Lawful Evil" category if it weren't for Rudolph keeping him in Check toward the end.

N-The Toy that Saved Christmas (Silly Song Segment): He has the White Beard, the Naughty/Nice List, and gives presents to all the kids who are good. There are a Million Token Santas I could've used for this slot, but I decided to go with Bob the Tomato's portrayal because Everyone Needs More VeggieTales in their life.

CN-It's a Spongebob Christmas: Very judgemental Santa that sometimes makes the wrong judgements. Also some of his methods of doing business are kinda Shady (when Plankton looks good compared to the rest of Bikini Bottom he "Has his Ways" of giving him Krabs' Secret Formuler)

LE-Elf Bowling The Movie: Okay, so the Pirate Origin story means he's already motivated by Greed, and when he does get the gig as Santa, he's really only in it for the Benefits and the feeling of being Rich making this probably the most corporate Santa Claus out there. Weird Part is, his incompetent brother would've been more appropriate for this slot had he succeeded in taking over Christmas as his plan was to Monetize the holiday. So "Santa" in this story probably has the moral high ground by default, but I'm pretty sure he just wanted to have the North Pole to himself!

(On a Side Note: Elf Bowling the Movie is probably the only Animation featured here that I don't like, although I don't despise it Quite as Much as I used to...)

NE-Miraculous Ladybug Christmas Special: One of the Rare Instances where Santa CLAWS plays the role of the Antagonist (albeit against his own will, those who know how Miraculous Ladybug episodes work) Tired of no one appreciating his efforts, he swears revenge on all the Naughty Kids who wronged him, and doesn't care if he pranks anybody innocent or Nice in the process. Hawkmoth, you've gone TOO FAR This Time!

CE-The Night Santa Went Crazy: LOL Do I even need to explain this one...? At least with "Santa Claws" there was kind of a logic behind his actions and he only attacked people who he thought "Deserved It." This Santa decides one day "Just Screw It" and goes on a killing spree, destroying Everyone and Everything related to Christmas, all because he was starting to get the idea that he had been taken advantage of all this time! Weird Al Yankovic parodies tend to be hilarious (this one being no exception) but yea... they can be pretty Messed Up sometimes!

On a side note, there are actually two different Animations to the Song "The Night Santa Went Crazy" Uploaded to Youtube, and while the flash one does look pretty accurate to stuff on the official alyankovic channel at the time, I KINDA also recommend the other version done in stop-motion on a Freakin' BOLEX Camera which adds to the Low-Quality charm in my opinion. Tell you what, I'll link it right now. Merry Christmas:
