Wait till it's a clear day (so you get a deep bue sky instead of a brown or orange one), then do one by twilight. Or early morning if you can be arsed to get up (I usually can't, personally). Half-light works better than full darkness for this kind of pic.

I had one that would've been better, but some idiot decided to make a very wide turn, and almost hit into the electrical cabinet that I had my camera on. So I started to knock my camera ou of the way, before I saw that he started making a proper turn.

Thank you! I wound up shooting about 10 shots before I got one that I liked. What I had to do was to stop down (reduce) the Aperture.
