This is free to use stock art for non-profit games.Create your own Rosette Ribbon in 65 different colors. Each ribbon layer comes in 65 colors, so you can make a three-ribbon single colored rosette or a rosette with 3 different colors. Mix and match any of them to your hearts content. Make ribbons to match color themes for your events now! Or ribbons that represent a color-cause.
There are other layers that control the shadowing and highlights. Play with these properties to give a more realistic effect. And most of all ENJOY!
PS: Add tails to them if you'd like. The face of the rosette should be large enough to write on. Or add decals to.

However, I don't have Photoshop. Do you think it would be possible for you to convert these to a XCF file and upload them?

If you are using Gimp, PSD files will open in the newer versions of it. I wont be able to convert it to an XCF for you.

I'm not in GIMP; I'm in Seashore, which can only open GIFs, JPEGs, PNGs, and XCFs.

You have to download the program to use it. It needs to support layers and PSD files.
