Msgina.dll for windows xp SP3This is the dialoG box of shutdown of XP.
you must replace this files in C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32
with replacer or lockedcopy.
There is 4 version : French,Italian,english,German.

A word of caution about these mods. Replace only bitmaps with resource hacker and replacer. Do not change the Shell32 or msgina .dll files as Windows Update will always change them back to default ones. This problem has existed for a long time and I'm surprised that no one has yet to find a workaround or addressing this problem
