Rachel Leighton se encontrou com Steve Rogers, logo após a luta final entre ele e seus aliados contra o Caveira Vermelha, onde apenas o Capitão havia sobrevivido.
Traumatizado com tamanha perda, o herói encontro na ex vilã o apoio que precisava para tentar reconstruir sua vida e conseguiu, ao menos até que uma ameaça do passado ressurgiu.

Traumatized by such a loss, the hero found in the former villain the support he needed to try to rebuild his life and succeeded, at least until a threat from the past resurfaced.
