Description Goshawk is one of the Valiants.
His flying harness is an adaptation of Stiller Industries' paragravity technology. Paragrav impellers provide lift and thrust and the wings hep with maneuvering. Top speed about 80 mph.
No talking to birds or anything.

Originally, I was going to give him big bird wings, but I thought these worked better, when I started drawing him tonight.

Start to finish, a little over an hour.

I fear the universe doesn't love me that much. I like the relative security of a steady paycheck, too much. If I was 29, instead of 49, it'd be a lot different.
Would be nice to have some supplemental income and get my name out there more. Would love to get invited to cons, so I'm not having to spend money for tables and such.

Not really, just the rough idea. I really created him to fill the slot in my Avengers homage. But, now that I've drawn him, I've been thinking more about him, so I'll come up with something for him.

Sometimes, ideas just bubble out, but other times I have to wait for inspiration to come back around. Happens a lot when I'm doing other things, like working at my increasingly frustrating normal job.

First time ever a Goshawk has been named for a superhero or superheroine. haven't paid much to the different bird types, but I do like the usage of blue in his outfit.

I do like the light blue and the dark blue scheme of the costume,though. and the wings are not too big, either.

Goshawk is a force to be deal with.
