Nah, Misa IS impossibly thin. X3. Her measurements are 30" 25" 28", and she's 4'9". X3. Her website says so. I think it's book 4....

you can also watch it in the internet but I heard youtube removes anime videos that are not AMV. there is also a manga version (can also be found on the net) but I haven't read it yet
