Description
Anyone who played Bomberman on the NES most likely knows that Shirobon's also partly known to be in the "Lode Runner" series. However, Shirobon was renamed "Runner" in the NES version of Lode Runner. However, as this picture shows, there are 4 other versions of Lode Runner, each of them I first saw in the Japan-only TurboGrafx-16 (sorry if I spelled it wrong) game, "Battle Lode Runner", in which they look a lot like Shirobon's freinds dressed in Lode Runner costumes, which is... kinda cute.
Characters from left to right (what bomber is probably dressed like that)
White Runner (Shirobon (White Bomber), obviously...)
Blue Runner (Aobon (Blue Bomber))
Red Runner (Akabon (Red Bomber))
Green Runner (Midoribon (Green Bomber))
Black Runner (Kurobon (Black Bomber))
Me (Lode Runner John)
It may sound out of the original Bomberman order, but this is the exact order of the runners in Battle Lode Runner.
