Description
This belongs to my portfolio sketchbook. I'll try to upload more soon.This will also served as my submission to mainstream comics in the near future.Spawn and Witchblade.
Done in ordinary pencils. Done around 8hours.
Inks will be done by the great .I'll try to post it here too with his permission.hehehehehe.
well, I miss doing tight pencils.pencils are actually more flexible and was very smooth.

this piece is awesome.
For portfolio purposes though, you should have another look at witchblades left thigh, and also the way the hair falls around the back of her head (on the viewer left).

I like the faces and the fabric a lot. One thing to watch out for though is every single link of chain is perfectly perpendicular to the veiwer. None of the ones with the hole turned so the veiwer can see through it show any foreshortening or depth of field. A little more variety of angles in the pieces fo the chain will make it more powerfully life-like (and scarier

I get lost in this image in the BEST way. The whole idea surrounding Spawn whenever he's drawn is that collected chaos between his costume, his cape, and his weapons, and you captured that perfectly by having the chains winding through the image. The cape fills the voids with its intricate and elaborate folds, but the wear and tear on it is just the right worn edge needed to pull the whole image together with the face. I like you departure from normal works about the guy that decide to do either the 'burned face' visage or the spawn suit face. This combination of the two is excellent and adds to the rage and chaos that is the central theme to the image.
Witchblade never looked hotter. Anyone who browses comic book shelves knows the scantily clad look is staple for her, but the way you meshed it in with your own take on the alien cybertronics looks excellent. I especially like the details around her eyes, giving her more of a comic book hero feel while retaining that dangerous edge created by her extended and wicked looking claws as well as the obviously imposing figure behind her.
The combination of the two, with her slender and more visible form being shadowed by his much larger and darker visage is superb. Let villains cower when these two step into the light.
Easily one of your best works yet, this looks ready to be the cover for a crossover comic. Don't ever stop making such fine work man.
