Rudy did some awesome pencils and inks:
I think the only limitations was that not a lot of thought was put into how light works in the sewers. Either you have damn near no light, or you have a lot of light reflecting off the water.
I'm not happy with it, anyone have any suggestions ? I think I totally borked the textures on the stones.. had trouble isolating light sources.. yada yada.

Don't worry, I always feel like I love my stuff for like a second. Then it's back to the notion that I can do better. That feeling keeps the lot of us improving and we avoid complacency and stagnancy. You're well on your way.

Hey this is good... the only thing that really bothers me is how you lightened the black on the bottom of spidy. I see 2 light sources. One light source is behind and low. So at the most I think you could have accented with a hard white on the bottom almost under the black. I think that would have helped it look more natural or 3d...
