Nice story. I like the colonial theme of the beginning, I don't read it too often and it makes for a nice change. The fast forward to the modern day where the werewolves are taking over was good as well.

I like the approach you took, having werewolves actually in the british ranks (Wouldve scared the colonists poopless lol) Makes one wonder if there were lycanthropes in the colonies as well...

also the whole 6 percent of the population being human thing is interesting, kinda like 'see how far wolves have come' kinda thing.
