A bit of critique:
Twilight's horn is too short and not in the right angle.
Applejack's ear is too small.
You should practice drawing trees. The twigs don't get thicker up there.
Their bellies are a bit rounder. I mean the line between their legs should be more curvy in my opinion.
Twilight's mouth has a too dark line. She is pushing her lips together, so there is less of a contrast.

i read someones theory is that dragon growth is simultaneously inversely proportional to age and directly proportional to the size of their treasure. Most dragons wouldn't have a big treasure until they're big and old enough to defend it successfully, meaning their growth is normally fairly constant.
