Colgate/Romana. I've NEVER heard the other names before.

Colgate is the most common name for her.
Romana is used in Doctor Who references to a TimeLady (since she has the Hourglass Cutie Mark like Doctor Whoof). While most of those usually call her something else in regular circumstances.
