Strange idea to persist in. There are people in every frame posted. How many more do you want in a scene that size. What is the point you are trying to make?

that it's nearly impossible to stay naked in a street

Interesting bit of jurisprudence... It isn't against the law to be nude in NYC. Do a Lexis Nexus search if you don't believe me. From a practical perspective, going around nude in a city is unsanitary, but this is not the case in a couple of photos!
I suppose a case for disturbing the peace could be made, but as John keeps tryign to tell people... cops have more important things to stop than an artist and a model.
Finally... every January there's a huge prank in NYC with people (male and female) who look far less pleasent going pantsless. At least here we get some good pictures taken by a pro, and not some straphangers... um... strap.

Actually yes, I think it is illegal in New York (though I will now check your reference), though strangely I have understood that it is legal to be topless. In the State of California however, total nudity is admitted, hence thepresence of nude beaches .. go figure .. : -)
I guess the major thing is not to offend anyone. The nudity on these pages is not lewd or aggressive, nor is it done in a manner to offend. The model is obviously posing for an artwork model and I am quite obviously nuts !

We're all entitled to be a little nuts. I much prefer the kind that takes lovely pictures to the average nutter any day

It depends on the state... the cop... and as was pointed out, the circumstances. To be fair, a cop can arrest you for pretty much anything, and it will be HOURS before you get out even if you're never charged. It's the professionalism on display here that I suspect keeps people walking by. You wouldn't interrupt a movie scene, or a photo shoot. After all, it is taxpayer owned property right
