Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, I present to you Exhibit A. Footage of the alleged incident slowed down to 50 percent. This footage has been unaltered and unedited.

In the footage you can clearly see the head of the plaintiff's significant other, Detective Eddie Valiant, colliding with the defendants "enormous assets". However, as you can also see, Jessica Rabbit is repositioning herself.

As Detective Valiant is bending down to pick up his pants, the defendant shifts her weight to her right leg. Not only that, she turns at the waist to position her breasts over his head.

People of the jury, this was no accident. The collision was unavoidable. Jessica Rabbit assaulted Detective Valiant with her breasts.
