Are the veichles actually dropped from that height? they will require some kind of dtrong hover engine, or other way to resist such a big fall...
wouldn't it be better if the dropping compartment and the one bellow it (supposing it's where the veichles are stored) were swapped? it would also spare the need of the veichle drop shaft , since it would be closer to the ground and could possibly drop from a ramp. It would also expose less the veichles, usually, the bottom isn't, or is way less, armored than the other parts, and having it's bottom exposed from such a high height... well, it could be a disaster. It does look good for carrying fighters tough, or drones, just not any veichle who needs to reach the ground after that.

Ps: just noticed 'back view' silhouete resembles the Fett's (both father and son) ship. Was it Slug or Slave 1? Can't remember...

Really awesome.
The Pelican from Halo and the Trade Federation droid battle tank from Star Wars are both good sources of inspiration. It's just my guess. I can imagine you coming up with this without seeing either Halo or Star Wars. 
Also the upper rear hatch and conveyor crane are details I haven't seen anywhere else.

I actually see more of a tank here if it had an actual cannon on it  
also amazing job and in pops a reminder of the AAT from Star Wars
