Enemy Description: This is the main mook of the Thriller Genre upgrade into an HD Format. He is usually accompanied by a group of normal Ganstars, only really getting involved when ordered. Though, he has some trouble with Thriller enemies.
Abilities: -Super Thriller Weakness - This enemy is good at overwhelming opponents with sheer numbers, but often has trouble with enemies that move around alot and are quick on their feet.
-Crowd Cloak - This enemy can disguise himself as anyone who he sees, and act like them to a tee, making them difficult to distinguish from the real thing.
Equipment: -Axehead Shotty - a large shotgun with an axe attached to the barrel. It is used in tandum with a brawler style to make the High-Ganstar a deadly force up close.
--Facts and Trivia--
-The High-Ranking Ganstar's design is based off a Noir Gangster, with the hat and long trenchcoat being the closest comparison.
