A.N: The remixed version of the Tower Arcana. Massive change in the fact the arcana has its own rider attached to it. Babel, as I have named him, works similarly to Mad Rogue, being an antagonist rider in service to the villain. He's also somewhat of a Woz character for the villain. Template by OllyTrinity1397. Italicized Text is translated Japanese.

Form Description: Through the power of The Tower Fatecard, Evert gains access to his Tower Arcana.

Form Abilities: -Tower of God - Babel can erect a tower from the ground and control its indivdual parts.

-Thunderstruck - Babel can rain down lightning from the sky.

-All-Seeing Eye - Babel can see through the eyes of anything he wishes .

Equipment: -Reverse Driver - A belt that uses Fatecards in order to transform the user into a Kamen Rider.

-Storm Staff- A staff that is imbued with lighning. It is the main weapon of the Tower Arcana.

-The Tower Fatecard - The Fatecard representing the Tower Arcana. It represents catastophe, but, when inverted, represents obstacles.

Finishing Attack: By pulling the lever of the Reverse Driver in and out up to 2 times, a number of finishers can be activated.
-TOWER DROP! - Babel strikes himself with lightning and performs a lightning charged rider-kick.

-TOWER ANGLE! - Babel summons a miniature tower to entrap his foe, then summons a massive eye from the sky to rain down lightning, destroying the tower

-Babel's name is based off the Tower of Babel from ancient mythos.

-The 16 on the Tower Arcana's chest is in reference to The Tower's Place in the Major Arcana.
