A.N: Yeah, here's the completed version of Kamen Rider Cinema, my rider based around Movies and the like. He emphasizes the visual side of Movies, all the stuff that you see. This first form is based around action movies. Template by OllyTrinity1397. Italicized Text is translated Japanese.

(Action) Before a finisher, Cinema will make a frame around his target with his fingers.

Form Description: Through the power of the Action Reelsete, Cinema can achieve his base form, the Action Film.

Form Abilities: -Action Affinity - Being the base form, The action film is average at fighting all opponents, but is espeially good at fighting enemies from the Action Genre.

-Slow-Mo React - Cinema can briefly speed up his reaction time and cause everything to slow down, allowing Cinema to react better. (This does not increase his speed, just making everything slow down, including him.)

Equipment: -Movie Driver - A belt-mounted driver that allows users to use the power of a Reelsete to become Kamen Rider Cinema.

-Action Reelsete - A Reelsete containing the power of the Action Genre. It is based off the movie Heroworld.

-Climax Roller - A hip-mounted device that, when Reelsetes are inserted, allows for finishers to be activated.

Finishing Attack: By inserting a Reelsete into the Climax Roller and pushing a button on the front, a finishing attack can be activated.
RISING ACTION! (Press button again) ACTION CLIMAX! - Cinema runs towards the opponent and then performs a jumping sideways rider-kick, dashing past the enemy and landing behind them. Cinema then stands and flicks his thumb in front of his face, right as the enemy explodes.

-Cinema's name comes from the english word cinema, which is a synonym for movie theaters.

-The Action Film bears some similarity to Viewtiful Joe, with the red color scheme, scarf, and chestplate bearing the appearence of abs being the closest comparison.

-The Action Film's Henshin Phrase is in reference to the phrase 'Lights, Camera, Action!"

-The "RISING ACTION (Reelsete name) CLIMAX" part of Cinema's finishing move is in reference to the rising action and climax part of the narative structure.

-Cinema's main theme, and the opening of the show, is FT by Funkist .
