Form Abilities: -Super Sci-Fi Affinity - Being the upgrade to his offensive melee form, The HD Sci-Fi film is great at fighting close range opponents, but is especially amazing at fighting enemies from the Sci-fi Genre.

-Forced Movement - Cinema can lift objects telepathically and use them to attack enemies. He usually needs to lift them by directing them with his hands.
-Shocking Sci-Fi - Cinema can produce electricity from his hands and shoot it out by thrusting his hands forward.

Equipment: -Movie Driver - A belt-mounted driver that allows users to use the power of a Reelsete to become Kamen Rider Cinema.

-Climax Roller - A hip-mounted device that, when Reelsetes are inserted, allows for finishers to be activated.
-HD Adapter - A attachment to the Movie Driver that boosts the output of Cinema's Films and allows him access to HD Films.
-Hyper Legendia Blade - HD Sci-Fi film's specific weapon, an upgrade to Cinema's Legendia Blade.

Finishing Attack: By inserting a Reelsete into the Climax Roller and pushing a button on the front, a finishing attack can be activated.
RISING ACTION! (Press button again) SCI-FI CLIMAX! - Cinema picks up his opponent telepathically and flings them towards himself. He charges up a punch with electricity and strikes the enemy right through their gut, destroying them.
HIGH SCI-FI! (Pull trigger) HD CLIMAX SLASH! - After inserting a Reelsete into the Hyper Legendia Sword, Cinema will perform a slashing combo on the opponent, letting go of the sword part way through, which continues to stike to enemy. He grabs the sword on the final slash, and, with the combined force of his arm and telepathy, cuts straight through the opponent.
