A.N: Introducing the remixed version of Fortel, now renamed to Evert, and his base form, the Hanged Arcana. Unlike the remakes of the other riders, where I basically recreated the entire look, I instead took the original design and fleshed it out more, as seen here . I also kept the original color scheme since I like the colors I picked. Template by OllyTrinity1397. Italicized Text is translated Japanese. Edit: Changed the meaning of the tarot card

Form Description: Through the power of The Hanged Man Fatecard, Evert gains access to his Hanged Arcana.

Form Abilities: -Rope Bindings - Evert can use the ropes around his body to attack and bind the enemy in place.

-Pain Taker - Evert can take more damage than normal.

Equipment: -Reverse Driver - A belt that uses Fatecards in order to transform the user into a Kamen Rider.

-Trial Execution - A large axe with a chipped blade. It is the main weapon of the Hanged Arcana.

-The Hanged Man Fatecard - The Fatecard representing the Hanged Man Arcana. It represents a lack of direction, but, when inverted, represents impulsiveness.

Finishing Attack: By pulling the lever of the Reverse Driver in and out up to 2 times, a number of finishers can be activated.
-HANGED DROP! - Evert wraps ropes around his leg that glow with green energy. He then strikes the enemy with a flying rider kick.

-HANGED ANGLE! - Evert binds the enemy in place and delivers a devastating overhead swing using the Trial Execution, destroying the enemy.

-Evert's name is based off the english word Invert.

-The 12 on the Hanged Arcana's chest is in reference to The Hanged Man's Place in the Major Arcana.

-The Hanged Arcana's theme is Howling by Flow x GRANDRODEO
