Description
A.N: Seer's first true upgrade and the remake of The Fortune Arcana. Instead of basing the design off of a Soldier of Fortune, I instead just based it on a cowboy, like I did with the Star. His design also includes lucky objects, like the horseshoes near his feet and the four-leaf clover in his hat. Template by OllyTrinity1397. Form Description: Through the power of The Wheel of Fortune Fatecard, Seer gains access to his Fortune Arcana.
Form Abilities: -Lucky Lucky - Seer has better luck while in this form.
-Sharpshooter - Seer gains enhanced precision for quick-shooting.
Equipment: -Fate Driver - A belt that uses Fatecards in order to transform the user into a Kamen Rider.
-Fortune Blasters - A pair of revolvers that serve as the Fortune Arcana's Main Weapon.
-The Wheel of Fortune Fatecard - The Fatecard representing the Wheel of Fortune Arcana. It represents change and chance.
Finishing Attack: By flipping the lever of the Fate Driver up to 3 times, a number of finishers can be activated.
-LUCKY FATE STRAIGHT! - Seer spins the barrel of one of his revolvers and unloads his entire clip into the enemy.
-LUCKY FATE BLAZE! - Seer unleashes a full-charged roundhouse kick.
-LUCKY FATE JACKPOT!- Seer holsters his guns and stands at the ready while his guns are charged with energy. He quickly unholsters his pistols and fires a storm of bullets before finishing with a dual pistol blast.

-Seer's name comes from the word Seer, a person who can see the future.
-The Roman Numeral 10 on the Fortune Arcana's scarf and holsters is in reference to The Fortune's Place in the Major Arcana.

If I'm not mistaken, you're halfway done with the forms of Tarot's Riders and there's 11 more archetypes for Arcana to be based on, correct (I had to look them up as I know nothing about Arcana, lol)?
