Form Description: Through the power of The Lovers Fatecard, Seer gains access to his Lovers Arcana.

Form Abilities: -Emotion Track - Seer can see the location of people by seeing their emotions.

-Arrow Attraction - Seer's Arrows chase down their target until impacting.

Equipment: -Fate Driver - A belt that uses Fatecards in order to transform the user into a Kamen Rider.

-Cupid Arrow - A bow that acts as the Lover Arcana's main weapon. It can also be used as a melee weapon

-The Lovers Fatecard - The Fatecard representing the Lovers Arcana. It represents tradition and knowledge.

Finishing Attack: By flipping the lever of the Fate Driver up to 3 times, a number of finishers can be activated.

-HEART FATE STRAIGHT! - Seer shoots his opponent with one of his arrows, which explodes after a bit.

-HEART FATE BLAZE! - Seer delivers a powerful spinning energy slash using his bow.

-HEART FATE JACKPOT!- Seer fires a volley of arrows that implant themselves into the enemy and binds them in place. Seer fires a final energy arrow into the enemy, causing an explosion.

-Seer's name comes from the word Seer, a person who can see the future.

-The Roman Numeral 6 on the Lovers Arcana's chest is in reference to The Lovers's Place in the Major Arcana.
