Description: Once an inmate on Death Row, Yoshitake Ozawa felt regret for leaving the world without granting his daughter's one wish, to see a world without bad people. The Overlord of the CrimZone Empire, Kaiser, saw potential for a new solider in this human, so he went to Yoshitake, and asked him to make a deal. The deal being that if he wanted to see his daughter again, Yoshitake would have to become Kamen Rider Tartarus. Yoshitake accepted the deal, ,but when heaccepted, his mind was wiped clean, and filled with only one thought: Destroy Kaiser's enemies and serve Kaiser until death.

Affiliation: Evil at first, then turns Good later on.
Equipment:
Hydra Saber - Short sword that can be duplicated up to 5 times, with each being controllable by Tartarus's mind. Usually used backhanded.
Cerberus Caliber - A revolver with three modes: Single Fire, Cutter Fire, and Blink Fire. Single Fire shoots a single bullet that cannot be stopped until it reaches it's target. Cutter Fire shots are wide, thin bullets which can be directionally influenced. Blink Fire shots instantly teleport to the target and gains 5x the force of either modes
